The UAE has launched a wave of 2026 infrastructure projects worth billions across energy, transport, and real estate, including a $3.5 billion expansion of Dubai Silicon Oasis and a $27 billion, 17.7 million sq ft expansion of the Dubai International Financial Centre. Ajman also inaugurated the Al Tallah Road development, featuring an 800-metre bridge on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, while Sharjah began work on a new $136 million exhibition and conference venue set to host the Sharjah International Book Fair in 2027
